Lattice Power company recently said that the company made a breakthrough on silicon substrate based GaN LED technology, and has developed a high-performance silicon-based LED flash products that used in smart phones. Recently the company has completed $ 80 million financing, it plans to be listed in U.S. in next year.

Lattice Power CEO Wang Min said that the high-performance silicon-based LED flash products provide full range of solutions for smart phones, automotive and general lighting. The company owned Silicon substrate GaN LED technology with advantage of using large size semiconductor manufacturing technology to reduce the LED cost.
